First of all: Thank you for shopping at my store!
I try to answer questions within 24 hours and also ship within 24 hours (weekend/holidays not included) after payment is received. Big orders can take some extra time before they get shipped, I have a fulltime job so I can only spend my free time on this.
This is a smoke-free house.
Condition:
All sets for sale are sealed or complete. (Complete = really complete)
If I would ever sell an incomplete set, it will be noted in the comments what is actually missing in the set.
Parts marked as NEW are still in polybags/unsealed box or have been put directly in storage. There shouldn’t be any damage or usage marks and they’ve NEVER been played with.
Parts marked as USED are still in decent condition, unless otherwise explained in the comments.
Some might be new and only assembled once, others might have been played with some more. You can always ask me for pictures if you want to check some parts.
If a part with poor quality is for sale, the exact condition is described in the comments. Teethed/broken parts are thrown away.
Packaging:
Parts will be packed in plastic (zip lock) bags first and then put in a bubble mailer/box.
I won’t ship before the payment is in my account.
If you have special requests about packaging, please feel free to let me know.
Cancelling
I accept cancel-requests if the order isn't shipped yet and leave positive feedback.
